Rain Drop Fairy

Ah, to float along in the upper atmosphere. To see the stars without any filters of pollution. To drift on the curving horizon and bask in the panorama of the living planet below.

Free. Free to see the whole world...
This is the existence of the Rain Drop Fairy. To never be bound by the chains of gravity. Unfettered by ground and banality. She is the harbinger of downpours and the giver of Rainbows. Raise your head to her gesturing hand, and she will cover you with wet kisses of purified water.

I'm gonna jump in here first cause I just noticed something. Mark Paulik submitted his 'Free' illustration a split second before I did.

I went to school with him and Kevin White(diseased wits). Please click on Mark's link, it's an awesome contribution !

I don't like wet kisses ... but as you have told me before with your Dryad's kisses, they have to be done properly. Rain Drop Fairy also looks like a mistress of wet kisses! XXX

This reminds me of a bottle of absinthe. Maybe that is what absinthe really is - fairy juice.

Great concept. I love the lore behind the Rain Drop Fairy, and I envy (just a wee bit) her freedom (and awesome mode of transport). I'll definitely keep an eye out for her.
