This is the existence of the Rain Drop Fairy. To never be bound by the chains of gravity. Unfettered by ground and banality. She is the harbinger of downpours and the giver of Rainbows. Raise your head to her gesturing hand, and she will cover you with wet kisses of purified water.

Great concept. I love the lore behind the Rain Drop Fairy, and I envy (just a wee bit) her freedom (and awesome mode of transport). I'll definitely keep an eye out for her.
