Halloween
Halloween is closing in fast and the veil between worlds is gonna end up 'broken' on October (or Octogre for you Piers Anthony fans out there) 31st. This ToolGhoul tends to show up on that night roaring around on mag wheels and a nasty sense o' humor. Kalamazoo is krazy on Halloween and he definitly adds to the festivities.
So the next time you hear a loud and evil sounding motor rev-ving up and the smell of candle wax is pervasive on Halloween in Kalamazoo...you are probably gonna get chased for a while...unless you got some candy to use as a bribe!
BOO !!!
:-D

Good good good! Too fun!
This is a wonderfully horrible monster - I'll make sure I've got a bribe just in case he's on our street.
soooo fun, love the detail, the line work is super, this is just a great halloween pic.
Amazingly creative and fun. I like the way his spiny vines cascade down like pumpkin dreads!
Wow, nice drawing! Love your lively linework!
Is that you Steve???? You have a nasty sense o' humour };-} I especially love this one! I want a tattoo of your mag wheel pumpkin headed evil sounding guy!! I especially like his hip bones :)
Hi Jacki ! Glad you liked my Halloween contribution to Illustration Friday.
:-)
Triple the fun, Idahl !
:-D
Tootsie Rolls and Jaw Breakers work just fine, Caroline!
:-D
Thank you so much for the compliments, Jaquelynn! I rilly appreciate the feedback!
:-)
Oh, Ginger...you have no idea how long those vines took to plan and sketch and ink...without screwing up! I was nearly crosseyed afterward !
:-D
Well Melissa, it wouldn't be the first time my art was used for a tatoo. And it probably won't be the last !
:-D
Hiya Megan ! The head was the most fun to ink, but the vines and the wheels gave me some trouble later on.
:-)
I love this, Steve! One of my favorites of yours. Excellent.
It's me , Anonymous ! BOO !!!
Oh, I definitly have a dark side. You like the grave diggers shovel and the heavy metal guitar ? Well, that makes two of us! This Halloween baddie has an interesting suspension system (and a groovy rock intrumental solo)
:-D
Come on in, MysteriousPoodleCircus ! I think the ToolGhoul might share some tootsie rolls and jaw breakers, if you make a scary face at it first !
(a silly face works too, but scary is more fun!)
:-D
LOL! Love it Sreve!
Salutations, Joe ! Glad you approve !
:-)
Great drawing. Funny and well done.
Really great work!
love
you did it again-it is beautiful! i like the different clear line strokes and it makes me smile!
I love the expression on its face
What an evil grin. And those arms are great, very celtic. And K. seems the in place to be on all hallow's eve.
I like this Steve, nice comic touch.

I hear hear a loud and evil sounding motor rev-ving up and the smell of candle wax!! But I have candy };-}
that thing is scary!! its a really good piece i like your ideas
Thanx Paula!
:-)
Glad you liked it, Unknown !
:-)
I'll tell the ToolGhoul that you think it is beautiful, Isay...then I'll run away rilly fast...
:-D
That expression, Alison, is the look of an impending ass-whupping...
:-D
That's what I keep saying, Janey. But everyone seems to want to go to Los Angeles and New Orleans...
Hmmmm. Sounds like a bad pattern. Earthquakes and floods, makes Kalamazoo rather sweet in comparison...
:-D
Glad you appreciate my odd tastes, Detlef!
:-)
Hurry! Release the sweets Anonymous!
Odd, your numbers have changed slightly...
Are you hiding from the Halloween horrors, Anonymous?
(Birthday Grrrrrllll)
:-D
If you think this is scary, FromThaBrook...you should hear the crazy laughter from this terror!
Brrrrrr !!!
:-D
I AM the Halloween Horror Steve!
(heehee)
Does that mean I should be giving you some candy as a bribe, Anonymous?
:-O
Hello hello, Janie! You are the second person to associate this with tattoos, I'm flattered! Thank you so much!
:-)
Most definately YES Steve :) Or you can kiss Hellcat };-}
Here's some Fairy Floss, Anonymous!
