Air Head

This week, Illustration Friday has chosen 'Opposites' as the current theme.

Well, here ya go. When two forces of opposite power meet, the outcome can get...loud.
This is a quickie. Have a grin and a nice day.

Run, little ballon, run! Can't anyone save him? Great stuff, also really like your illustration for "rain".

That's one lethal paper airplane! Poor balloon...he doesn't look too pleased about his impending demise. Well done:>

These two isn't equeal i strenght - the paper-flyer has all the power! I have one advice for the balloon: Fly up and away as fast as possible!

It's all due to the bush administrations pre-emptive strike policy, TonyL, whereby happiness must be struck down if profits are not involved from big oil...

The ballon can float up[looks like he has- just enough to avoid a very close call, from the look on his face]but it's rubber body makes it super vulnerable. On the other hand the paper airplane is deadly for this delicate creature, but gets only one good try at it's mark before it descends into a crash and burn scenario. Beautiful opposites, beautiful artwork!

BTW, thank you for the nice comment you just left me. It was really touching ... I don't mean to go all mushy here, but I really appreciated it. Lots. ; )

You are quite welcome, Tart ! It sounded like you were in need of some understanding and compassion.
Mushy is all right when it's appropriate.

Cheers !
