Ah, you're soooo sweet! I wish I were busy with the site, but life is in the way at the moment. I even set up a new diary and there it sits, untouched (reallyswellideas). Divorce is so fun. I'm hoping to be back up and running in a few months. The only painting I'm doing now is the walls to get my house ready to sell.
You are NEVER a pest! I still can't wait to start on that project to show you :)

I hope you get a high return on your house, and that your real estate agent doesn't screw you over (a few more days on the market with a lil' bit more enthusiasm from the agent could net you an extra $10,000 or so).
